An evaporator coil that performs reliably in a temperate climate is not automatically suited to UAE conditions.
Near-continuous cooling loads, ambient temperatures above 45°C in summer, coastal humidity, and long duty cycles place constant stress on coil materials, brazed joints, and fin surfaces. Corrosion, refrigerant leaks at poorly executed brazed connections, and early fin degradation all happen faster here than in the climates most coil manufacturers design for.
