Not Sure of the Exact Coil Specification?

Not every HVAC coil can be replaced with a standard off-the-shelf component. Existing equipment may have unique dimensions, tube arrangements, connection locations, circuiting or installation constraints that require a custom-manufactured replacement coil.

That’s okay. Customers do not always have a complete technical drawing or coil specification.

You can send us whatever information is available,  such as your equipment brand and model number, nameplate details, coil photographs, existing drawings, data sheets or basic coil dimensions.

If an existing coil is available, our team can also review the physical sample and available measurements to identify the details required for manufacturing the replacement.

Al Tabreed manufactures custom HVAC coils for new equipment, replacement and retrofit requirements, based on the technical information available for the application.

HVAC Coil Manufacturing Capabilities

Engineered for Your Application

Every HVAC coil requirement is different. Coil dimensions, tube size, fin configuration, number of rows, circuitry and connection locations can vary according to the equipment and application.

At Al Tabreed, coils can be manufactured to suit new equipment, replacement and retrofit requirements, using available drawings, specifications, model information or existing coil dimensions.

Precision Fin Manufacturing

Our manufacturing facility uses precision fin-press machinery to produce accurately formed fins with consistent spacing and geometry for HVAC coil production in UAE. This supports the manufacture of coils in different sizes, row configurations and fin arrangements according to project requirements.

Coil Materials & Construction

Copper tubes with aluminium fins are commonly used for HVAC applications. Depending on the application and operating environment, other constructions and protective coating options can also be considered, including copper fins and stainless steel components

Tube Size Options

Al Tabreed currently manufactures coils in-house using 7 mm tubes, 9.52 mm (3/8") tubes. Other commonly required sizes, including 7.92 mm, 12.7 mm (1/2") and 15.875 mm (5/8"), can also be supplied through our manufacturing network depending on the project requirement.

Custom Bends & Shapes

HVAC equipment does not always use a standard flat coil. We can manufacture coils in flat, U-bend · L-bend · G-bend · angled and other custom configurations to suit to equipment layout, existing casing, and available space.

Corrosion Protection Options

For HVAC equipment operating in coastal, humid or industrial environments, protective coating options can be considered such as Hydrophilic / blue-fin coatings, Phenolic coatings, Epoxy-based protective treatments, Other project-specific corrosion-protection options

Replacement HVAC Coils

Replacement HVAC Coils for Existing Equipment

When an HVAC coil is leaking, corroded, damaged, performing poorly or no longer available from the OEM, Al Tabreed can manufacture a custom replacement based on the existing coil and equipment requirements. We support replacement coils for chillers, VRF/VRV systems, rooftop units, packaged AC, ducted AC, AHUs, FCUs and other HVAC equipment.

If you have any questions please ask us and we will answer you as quickly as possible Ask a question now!

Al Tabreed manufactures condenser coils, evaporator coils, AHU coils, FCU coils and DX coils for commercial and industrial HVAC applications.

Yes. Replacement coils can be manufactured based on available drawings, technical specifications or dimensions taken from an existing coil. Providing photographs, dimensions, connection details and equipment information helps our team assess the requirement.

Where available, provide the coil dimensions, number of rows, tube size, fin spacing, connection size and location, operating conditions, equipment details, drawings and photographs of the existing coil.

Yes. HVAC coils can be manufactured according to required dimensions, configurations and system requirements rather than only standard catalogue sizes.

Al Tabreed manufactures HVAC coils at its facility in Sharjah, UAE, and supplies customers across the UAE and Oman.

AHU describes the equipment in which a coil is installed, while DX describes the method of cooling. An AHU may contain a chilled-water coil or a DX coil depending on the HVAC system design.

An FCU coil refers specifically to a coil installed within a Fan Coil Unit. An evaporator coil describes a coil that absorbs heat as part of the cooling process. The terms therefore describe different aspects of the HVAC system and may overlap depending on the equipment design.
